Transitions Watch and Win Soccer Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Entry is only open to residents of the (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older at time of entry.

Timing : Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Sunday, March 30, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Saturday, November 1, 2008 (“Entry Period”).

Limit : Maximum one entry/registration per person/household/street/email address per week

Prize (s):
(1) GRAND PRIZE: a deluxe soccer travel package including a 3-day/2-night trip to Los Angeles, CA, from November 22, 2008 to November 24, 2008 for winner and three (3) guests. Trip includes round-trip coach air travel for winner and three guests from the major international airport nearest winner’s home to Los Angeles, CA, two (2) nights accommodations (two standard double occupancy rooms or comparable accommodations); limousine transfers to a Los Angeles area event, $3,500 cash for winner to use for food, incidentals and any income tax burden and additional soccer related items. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the entire prize is $13,500.
