Five Hundred (500) First Prizes – $25 Toy Story 3  Cash – to be awarded in the form of a cash certificate (good at participating retailers on Toy Story merchandise)/Odds – 1:32,000.

One Thousand (1,000) Second Prizes – A Movie Pass (up to $12.00 value) to Toy Story 3; or any Disney or Touchstone movie at participating theaters; ARV $12 ea./Odds 1:16,000
