Eligibility : The Pepsi MAX® “Touch Down in London” Experience (hereafter, “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of any of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period : The Contest entry period begins 12:00:00 pm (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on 9/9/10 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on 10/10/10 (hereafter, “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

(1) Grand Prize: A five (5) day/four (4) night VIP trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to London, England to attend the 2010 International Series game currently scheduled to take place on 10/31/10. VIP trip consists of round trip business class air transportation from major gateway airport nearest winner’s residence in the U.S., standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (two (2) rooms) for four (4) nights, continental breakfast for winner and up to three (3) guests each morning during trip at hotel, four (4) tickets to the International Series game, four (4) passes to NFL Pre-Game Tailgate, four (4) passes to the NFL Saturday Evening Cruise, a tour of London attractions awarded in the form of four (4) vouchers and round trip ground transportation to and from airport in destination city and to/from each of the following events: 2010 International Series game, NFL Pre-Game Tailgate and NFL Saturday Evening Cruise. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) = $26,322.
