Toast to the Basics Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Toast to the Basics Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of March 5, 2009.

Promotion Period : The Toast to the Basics Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) will begin at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) on March 5, 2009 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2009 (”Promotion Period”).

How To Enter :   Enter by simply completing the online Sweepstakes registration form located at www.toastforeverydayhealth.com (the “Website”).

Limit :  Limit one entry person per mailing and/or e-mail address.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 4 day/3night trip for two (2) to Enchantment Resort and Mii amo Spa located in Sedona, Arizona. The trip for two (2) includes: 1) transportation provided to and from grand prize winner’s residence and major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence, and to and from Phoenix International Airport and Enchantment Resort and Mii amo Spa, 2) Standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room) for 3 nights, 3) Six (6) breakfast meals at Enchantment Resort, 4) two (2) spa treatments, and 5) $700 cash stipend.  The Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $4,999.
