TiVo Red Carpet Sweepstakes

Eligibility : TiVo Red Carpet Sweepstakes is open only to current legal residents of the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The TiVo Red Carpet Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins September 3, 2009 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (”PT”) and ends on October 30, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : To enter, access the Sweepstakes entry page at tivo.com/redcarpet during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the on-screen instructions to enter.

Limit : one entry per person/email address.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (1): Roundtrip economy class air transportation for two (2) people from a major airport near the winner’s hometown to Los Angeles, California in September, 2010; up to $800.00 for a two (2) night stay at a Los Angeles hotel for two (2) people; up to $800.00 to purchase two (2) tickets to the Primetime Emmy Awards show; up to $400.00 for a visit for two (2) people to a salon; limousine ride for two (2) people to the Entertainment Weekly Primetime Emmy Awards Pre-Party (currently scheduled, but subject to change). If the Entertainment Weekly Pre-Party does not occur, winners will receive (2) tickets to a movie premiere or gift of equal value, as determined in TiVo’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of Grand Prize is $3,700.00

First Prize (5): a DVD gift pack consisting of DVD’s of the latest season from the top 2009 Emmy Award winners including Outstanding Drama Series, Outstanding Comedy Series, Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series, Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series, and Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series. ARV of each First Prize: $250.00
