Eligibility : TheWB.com Burst Back to School Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of any one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (collectively, the “U.S.”) who are thirteen (13) years of age or older and physically domiciled in the U.S. at the time of entry

Promotion Period : TheWB.com Burst Back to School Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins on Monday, August 10, 2009, at 12:00:01 a.m. and ends on Friday, August 28, 2009, at 11:59:59p.m. (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:
Grand Prize winner will receive a three (3)-day/two (2)-night trip for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) travel companions to an area resort (near the Grand Prize winner’s residence) and, subject to availability, Grand Prize winner and travel companions will enjoy a variety of amenities available at the destination which could include, but are not limited to, boating, fishing, sport activities and tour of the area (the “Event”).

The Grand Prize trip will include only the following:

• Round-trip ground transportation (or ground transportation funding) to the selected destination lake resort from the Grand Prize winner’s city of residence as identified at time of entry. Mode of transportation or method of funding to be determined (“TBD”) by the Administering Agency
• Two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations of Administering Agency’s 133 choice (two [2] rooms, each double occupancy or one [1] room, quad occupancy, room rate and room tax only). Room configuration awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and/or Administering Agency.
• Two hundred and fifty dollar dollars ($250.00) spending money (for the Grand Prize winner only). Method of funding of spending money is at the sole discretion of the Administering Agency.
