To enter, watch The Middle every day, for the “Heck Of The Day”. Then, go online at TheMiddleWeeknights.com to click the correct “Heck Of The Day”. Next, hit the submit button to move forward and complete the entry form by providing all required information to be entered into the sweepstakes for that day!

If you are on the go, you may also participate by sending a text-message including the “Heck Of The Day” to 79922 to receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes.

Be sure to watch The Middle five times a week for more chances to win! Limited to a maximum of one (1) entry per day, on weekdays only, during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, regardless of the method used to participate.

The Middle’s Middle Earth Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of and physically residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico (excluding Guam, American Samoa, United States territories, possessions, and protectorates, foreign based United States military installations and wherever restricted or prohibited by law) who are twenty-one (21) years of age (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) or older and who (only applicable if using text method of entry) have a registered wireless account with Short Message Services capability and/or wireless internet service.
