Eligibility : Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (except residents of Florida and Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older.

Promotion Period : The Mandee’s “Win Tickets see Jesse McCartney Live” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:00 am EST on June 4, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on July 8, 2008.

Limit : Only one entry per person or email address.

Prize (s):
One (1) trip for winner and a guest (who must either be winner’s parent, legal guardian or the age of majority in winner and guest’s state of legal residence) to New York, NY to see Jesse McCartney’s scheduled concert performance. Prize includes round trip, coach class airfare for winner and their guest between the airport nearest Winner’s residence and concert location (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Winner resides within 150 miles of the concert location); 3 day/1 night double occupancy hotel accommodations (to be determined solely by Sponsor) and admission to the live concert performance. Winner will be responsible for all other expenses not expressly set forth herein, including but not limited to transportation to and from the airport, gratuities and all meals. Approximate retail value of this prize is: $2,000
