The Little Mermaid Adventure At Sea Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open to entrants, who at the time of entry are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of, one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or Canada (excluding Quebec), (b) 13 years of age or older, and (c) members of Disney Movie Rewards Loyalty Program (“DMR”)

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:01 A.M. Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 24, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. PT on January 31, 2014 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :

1 GRAND PRIZE: 1 grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a 4-Night Bahamian Disney Cruise Line Vacation from Port Canaveral, Florida for 4 persons (Grand Prize Winner and 3 “Guests”) to be taken aboard the Disney Dream (“Ship”). The 4-Night Bahamian Cruise shall consist of the following:
a. 4 round trip coach airfares between the major U.S. gateway airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Orlando International Airport, if the Grand Prize Winner resides outside a 200 mile radius of Orlando, FL. If the Grand Prize Winner lives within a 200 mile radius of Orlando, FL, the Grand Prize Winner must arrange for ground transportation to the Ship’s Homeport from the Grand Prize Winner’s home for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests and the Sponsor will reimburse the Grand Prize Winner for the reasonable cost of such ground transportation, up to USD $200.
b. Round trip ground transportation from Orlando International Airport to the Ship’s Homeport.
c. A 4-Night Bahamian Cruise on the Disney Dream leaving from Port Canaveral Florida for 4 persons and includes:
i. 1 stateroom aboard the Disney Dream. Maximum occupancy 4 people.
ii. All meals onboard the Cruise Ship (with the exception of Palo and Remy Fine Dining).
iii. Government Taxes and Fees (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website at http://disneycruise.disney.go.com/).
The estimated retail value of the 4-Night Bahamian Cruise (collectively referred to hereafter as “Grand Prize”) is USD $7,408.88 / CAD $7,608.92.

1 FIRST PRIZE: 1 first prize winner will receive a $500 Disney Store Shop Card (“First Prize”). The ARV of the First Prize is USD $500 / CAD $513.50. Disney Store Shop Cards are redeemable online at www.disneystore.com or at participating Disney Store retail locations throughout the US. Disney Store Shop Cards are subject to the terms and conditions available at www.disneyterms.com/home/disney-terms/disneystorebonusshoppingcard.com. All Disney Store Shop Cards are denominated in United States Dollars. 25 SECOND PRIZES: 25 second prize winners will each receive a Little Mermaid Home Prize Pack, which includes a Transforming Fashion Doll from Mattel, 2 Pack Storage Cubes from Idea Nuova®, and a Little Mermaid “Shimmer and Gleam” Hand Towel and Bath Towel from Jay Franco® and a Little Mermaid Comforter and Sheet set from Franco Manufacturing® (“Second Prize”). The ARV of each Second Prize is USD $119.94 / CAD $123.18.

25 THIRD PRIZES: 25 third prize winners will each receive a Little Mermaid Toy Prize Pack, which includes a Little Mermaid Acoustic Guitar from First Act®, a Little Mermaid Star of the Sea MP3 Microphone from KidDesigns®, an Under The Sea Surprise Ariel doll from TollyTots® and Ariel’s Floating Fountain Playset from Mattel® (“Third Prize”). The ARV of each Third Prize is USD $99.85 / CAD $102.55.

25 FOURTH PRIZES: 25 fourth prize winners will each receive a Little Mermaid Back To School Prize Pack, which includes a 16 oz. Little Mermaid Tumbler from Tervis®, A Plate, Bowl and Pull Top Bottle from ZAK! Designs®, A Little Mermaid Rolling Art Desk and a Little Mermaid Color N Style Fashion Purse Activity from Tara Toys™, and an Ariel Backpack and Lunch Kit from Fast Forward™ (“Fourth Prize”). The ARV of each Fourth Prize is USD $95.87 / CAD $98.46.
