The Green Hornet Premiere Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who as of the date of their entry into the Sweepstakes are thirteen (13) years of age or older.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes, starts at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on 12/3/10 and ends (i) for Online Entries (as defined below) at 3:00 p.m. PT on 1/3/11 for online entries (the “Online Promotion Period”)

Prize (s) :

GRAND PRIZE (1):  The Grand Prize consists of a trip for the eligible Grand Prize Winner and a guest to attend the premiere (“Premiere”) of the Picture in a U.S. city to be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor (“Destination City”).  The Grand Prize trip includes the following: (i) roundtrip (“R/T”) economy (coach) class airfare for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s hometown to the Destination City, as determined by Sponsor; (ii) two (2) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy; room and room tax only) at a hotel (“Hotel”) in the Destination City; (iii) admission for Grand Prize Winner and his or her travel companion to the Premiere; (iv) $50 spending money, awarded in the form of a check; and (v) R/T ground transfers between Destination City airport and Hotel and Hotel and Premiere. Specific Destination City, dates of travel, air carrier(s) and Hotel are at the sole discretion of Sponsor or its designee(s).  The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,000.00.

FIRST PRIZE (3):  Each First Prize consists of a The Green Hornet “Amp Up Your Adrenaline Blu-ray™ Prize Pack” consisting of one (1) each of the following Blu-ray™ titles: Spider-Man, Bad Boys, Casino Royale and Ghost Rider.  The ARV of each First Prize is $79.80.

Winner List : For an Official Winners List (available after 2/1/11), or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “’THE GREEN HORNET’ SWEEPSTAKES” (please specify Official Winners’ List or Official Rules), PO Box 56436, Sherman Oaks, CA, 91413. Residents of Vermont may omit the return postage on their request.  The Official Rules are also available during the Online Promotion Period at The Sweepstakes Site.
