Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents physically residing in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and all other US territories) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : The Biggest Loser Discover What Sustains You Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 am PT on January 5, 2010 and ends at 5:00 pm PT on May 28, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How To Enter : To enter, log on to NBC.com/Brita (the “Website”) and follow the provided instructions
Limit : LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS, PER DAY.
Prize (s):
There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded, consisting of a seven (7) night/ eight (8) day trip(Sunday to Sunday) for grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to The Biggest Loser Resort (“Resort”) in Ivins, Utah (the “Trip”). The Trip will consist of the following, each awarded as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion: Round-trip, commercial coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from an airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence to an airport near or in Salt Lake City, UT; luxury accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for seven (7) nights at Resort; ground transportation for two (2) from Salt Lake City to Ivins, UT; and access to Resort facilities and programs as designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All Grand Prize details are subject to change and shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is five thousand dollars ($5,000).
Each Monthly Winner (four (4) per Monthly Entry Period) will receive a prize pack (“Prize Pack”) with a variety of Brita and/or Biggest Loser themed products including items such as the following: Brita pitcher, FilterForGood reusable bottles, Wii Fit Starter Bundle, Biggest Loser Wii Fit Game, Brooks running shoes, Biggest Loser Simple Swaps book, “The Lazy Environmentalist on a Budget” book by Josh Dorfman, a twenty dollar ($20) Walmart gift card, Reusable Envirosax grocery bag, Biggest Loser Boot Camp DVD, Biggest Loser Designer Whey Protein, Biggest Loser CD Pack, Biggest Loser Food Steamer & Rice Cooker, and Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga DVDs. Items in Prize Pack will vary and will be designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Monthly Prize is three hundred fifty dollars ($350).
