Take Off with the Guys of ENLISTED Sweepstakes

Eligibility :  Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. (i.e., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are physically located and residing therein.  Each entrant (“Entrant”) must be at least twenty-one (21) years of at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The “Take Off with the Guys of ENLISTED Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on Friday, February 14, 2014 and ends on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at 11:59 pm ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1) One (1) Grand Prize winner (“GP Winner”) will receive a 3-day /2-night trip for GP Winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, California (the “Trip”) to have lunch with one (1) or more cast members of Sponsor’s television show ENLISTED.  The Trip is currently scheduled to take place in March 2014, on dates to be determined by the Sponsor, but is subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  The Trip will consist of the following:  (a.) Round-trip coach class airfare for GP Winner and guest from a major airport with regularly scheduled commercial flights closest to the GP Winner’s permanent residence (or, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, $500 in lieu of air travel if winner lives within a 200-mile radius of Los Angeles, CA) to a Los Angeles-area airport;  (b.) Two (2) nights hotel accommodation for GP Winner and guest at a hotel selected by the Sponsor (one room, double occupancy, room & tax only);  (c.) airport transfers (if applicable) and ground transportation to/from the Event (defined below);  (d.) helicopter transfer for GP Winner and guest to Avalon, Santa Catalina Island, California; and (e.) the opportunity to have lunch with one (1) or more cast member of Sponsor’s television show ENLISTED (together with helicopter transfer, the “Event”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize:  $3050 Total Cumulative Prize ARV: $3050
