Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia. Entrants must be at least 14 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants who have not yet reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside will need to obtain permission from their parent/legal guardian in order to enter Sweepstakes.

Promotion Period : Sunkist Orange Nation Sweepstake (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on April 15, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on July 31, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per entrant.

Prize (s):
Grand Prize: The One Hundred and Fifty (150) Grand Prize Winners will each receive: (a) a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend the MTV Sunkist Orange Nation Party, currently contemplated to take place on or about August 16, 2008, but subject to change in Sponsors sole discretion. The trip for two (2) will include: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of MTVN’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by MTVN) to Los Angeles, CA. MTVN reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, CA; (ii) round trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (to be taken together) between airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA and hotel and the MTV Sunkist Orange Nation Party; and (iii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Los Angeles, CA for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included), collectively (the “Grand Prize” or “Grand Prizes”). The approximate retail value (”ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $2,500.00 and the total ARV of all of the Grand Prizes is $375,000.00.

im a ver out going person and im two of a kind, i have a twin brother,
we are curently trying to build a magazine from scratch.

i love orange soda and i have grew up with it my whole family loves it especcially my family so i just want to say keep up the gud work and don’t give up on us now or never.

I was a winner and am here now, having gone to the party. Ummmm…celebrities? You mean the ones with their bodyguards protecting them from us? Kim and Chloe Kardashian should have been mingling a little with us, don’t you think? And Pete Wentz….ummmm…talk about being wisked away! I’m happy for the free trip but this was a fake Fendi and also what was up with our goodie bags?
