Style & Substance Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories, and who are twenty one (21) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Promotion Period : The Style & Substance Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on March 20, 2009 at 12:00AM ET and end on May 19, 2009 at 11:59PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”)

How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period go to www.oxygen.com/prettywickedsweeps (the “Website”), click on the Sweepstakes icon, and follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which includes your name, address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth.

Limit : You may enter once per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

Sponsors will award one (1) prize (“Prize”) to the Winner.
The Prize will consist of a trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York, NY (the “Trip”) to attend the US Weekly Fashion Party (the “Event”), tentatively scheduled for September, 2009 in New York. The Trip includes 1) round-trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsors) to one (1) of the major U.S. gateway international airports nearest New York, NY (as determined by Sponsors), 2) three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy), and transportation for Winner and Guest to and from the New York airport and hotel, in each case as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion, 3) two (2) tickets for the Winner and Guest to attend the Event and 4) one (1) yoga session for Winner and Guest to last up to one (1) hour at Pure Yoga in New York located at 203 East 86th Street, New York, NY 10028. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is four thousand one hundred dollars ($4,100).
