tate Farm Home Run Derby® Call Your Shot Event Details:The Grand Prize winner will be escorted to the field prior to the start of the State Farm Home Run Derby® along with a Sponsor representative and a State Farm Home Run Derby® participant designated by Sponsor & asked to “Call Your Shot”. The State Farm Home Run Derby® pitcher will be designated by MLB in its sole discretion. The State Farm Home Run Derby® MLB® player (the “MLB Player”) will have the opportunity to take one (1) swing in Sponsor’s sole discretion to hit a regulation home run to a designated area beyond the field of play chosen by the Grand Prize winner and approved by Major League Baseball. Major League Baseball® regulation baseballs (the “MLB Baseballs”) provided by the applicable MLB Entity(ies) must be used along with one (1) wooden bat (the “MLB Baseball Bat”) (also provided by the applicable MLB Entity(ies)). One (1) swing with the MLB Baseball Bat by the MLB Player, regardless of contact with the MLB Baseball, shall be considered the attempted hit (the “Attempt”). The MLB Baseball must be completely hit or travel to the Designated Area without coming in contact with the ground, any person, or any other object or surface as determined by Sponsor’s representative, in his/her sole discretion (the “Successful Hit”). The MLB Player will have one (1) Attempt in Sponsor’s sole discretion to make a Successful Hit.

If the MLB Player is able to achieve one (1) Successful Hit pursuant to the terms set forth above & as determined by Sponsor’s representative, the Grand Prize winner will receive: one (1) 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe hybrid vehicle as set forth herein, an MLB Fan Room (consisting of a 65″ screen size class Sharp AQUOS Full HD 1080p LCD TV, Sharp Sound Bar, two (2) MLB® Dream Seat (s) and $200 USD worth of Pepsi product) and a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend a 2009 MLB® World Series game including the opportunity (for winner only) to throw out the ceremonial first pitch. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S. or Canada, two (2) night first class double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room), ground transportation to/from the airport & the applicable hotel & two (2) tickets to a 2009 MLB® World Series game (exact game in the series to be determined by Sponsor). Sponsor’s representative will determine all details of Event. Any disputes that arise in connection with the Event will be resolved by the Sponsor’s representative on-site at the Event, whose decisions shall be final, conclusive & binding in all respects. The Sponsor’s representative decision shall be made in accordance with the Official Rules & any other rules & procedures put in place for the Event. Any additional details regarding the Event mechanics & other rules, procedures & conditions for participation in the Event shall be provided to Grand Prize winner immediately prior to the start of the Event. Event may be videotaped by Sponsor and/or the applicable MLB Entities. By participating, winner grants the right to Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities, as applicable, to record, videotape, and photograph performance at the Event (“Footage”). Footage will be owned by Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities, as applicable. Sponsor, the MLB Entities and each of their respective designees shall have the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit such Footage and all elements embodied therein, including any names, likenesses and his/her performance embodied therein, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional, trade & other purposes without further compensation or consideration, notification or permission, expect where prohibited by law. Proof of valid auto insurance & a valid U.S. or Canadian driver’s license required for car delivery, and winner must take delivery of the vehicle at a location specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All federal, state, local and provincial taxes (including income and withholding taxes), insurance, licensing, registration, title fees, acquisition fees, destination charges, & any car options not included per Sponsor, luggage fees, meals, additional ground transportation, gratuities, souvenirs, & other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and/or use not specified herein as being provided are Grand Prize winner’s sole responsibility.
