Eligibility : The Spectrum Organics – 2009 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen Tickets Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who are: legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia age 21 or older.

Promotion Period : Between 12:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on 12/15/08 and 11:59 PM EST on 3/31/09

Limit : Only one (1) entry per person/email address per day

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a trip for two (2) to the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Colorado, from June 18-June 21, 2009 (“Trip Dates”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $5,585, depending on location of winner and fares at time of departure. Trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation for two to the location of the hotel from a major commercial airport in the United States, near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the hotel); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; four (4)-nights hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only); two (2) reserved seats for the Classic Cook-Off; a meet-and-greet with chef Jacques Pepin (“Event”); and five hundred dollars ($500) cash.

Twenty-Five (25) First Prizes: Twenty-five (25) winners will each receive a one-year subscription (12 issues) to Food & Wine Magazine (ARV: $45 each).
