Smooth & Dreamy Getaway Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Smooth & Dreamy Getaway Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age and older as of date of entry.

Promotion Period : The Smooth & Dreamy Getaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 p.m. (noon) ET on June 15, 2009 and ends at 12:00 p.m. (noon) ET on September 18, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : Visit www.smoothanddreamygetaway.com (the “Website“), during the Sweepstakes Period and input all required registration information to receive one Sweepstakes entry.

Limit : Limit one entry per person.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (1): A Weekend Getaway in Palm Beach with a VIP Meet & Greet with a Celebrity Chef. Grand Prize includes: a private cooking session for two with Ingrid Hoffmann at the Florida Culinary Institute (based on availability), 2-nights hotel accommodations at The Breakers Palm Beach (based on double occupancy and based on availability), dinner at L’Escalier located at the resort (subject to availability), a Sponsor-selected spa package, a Sponsor-selected gift basket (includes one copy of Ingrid’s cookbook) use of car service (if winner resides in Palm Beach he/she may receive car service up to $300 or if winner resides further than Palm Beach he/she may receive car service up  to $500; any additional travel costs over the $500 car service are not included with the prize) and a Sponsor-selected $200 gift card. Grand Prize winner may elect to receive a cash alternative of $2,500 in lieu of the entire Grand Prize (ARV: $2,900).

First Prize (10): A $100 Sponsor-selected grocery gift card. (ARV: $100 each). Gift cards subject to restrictions and expiration dates may apply.
