Promotion Period : This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. (ET) on November 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on January 31, 2014.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded from among all thirteen (13) states where the Sweepstakes is offered. Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) gift card which may be redeemed at a ski resort (resort location in New England, actual resort to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to cover expenses which may include: hotel accommodations; meals at resort; ski rentals; lift fees and/or fees to participate in other resort activities for him/herself and one (1) guest. Approximate retail value of prize is $3,000.00.

Nine (9) First Prizes will be awarded. One (1) First Prize will be awarded in each of the following states: Maine; Vermont; Pennsylvania; West Virginia; Virginia; North Carolina; Mississippi; Alabama. One (1) First Prize will be awarded from among the five (5) remaining states taken together; i.e., Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
