Sludge Sux Contest

Eligibility : The Sludge Sux Contest is open to legal residents of United States (the “Eligibility Area”) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and can enter into valid contracts in their state of legal residence.

Promotion Period : The Sludge Sux Contest (this “Contest”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on May 15, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on July 31, 2009 (the “Contest Period”).

Limit : LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER HOUSEHOLD.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded a three day / two night trip for two people to the Maxim Big Game Party in Miami, FL.  Prize consists of roundtrip coach airfare, if necessary to get winner and guest to the Maxim Big Game Party Location, ground transportation to and from the U.S. airport, if necessary, accommodations for two nights (double occupancy), ground transportation between the airport and hotel if necessary, two VIP tickets to the Maxim Big Game Party and ground transportation to and from the event approximate retail value: $3,750
