Eligibility : Open to females 13 years of age and older, who are legal U.S. residents currently living in the 50 United States or District of Columbia. Professional photographers are not eligible to participate.

Limit : Regardless of the number of Entries you submit, only your single top scoring Entry, regardless of the Category under which it was submitted, will be eligible to move on to the Public Voting phase

Prize (s) :

GRAND PRIZES (2): Two (2) Grand Prize winners (one (1) per Category) will each receive a Canon PowerShot 16 Mega Pixel Digital Camera and five (5) coupons, each good for any one (1) free Skintimate® product valued up to $3.99 and a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to New York City where the winners only will, together, be the subject of a photo shoot with Eva Mueller for possible publication in Life & Style and In Touch magazines. The photo shoot is scheduled to occur on 8/15/12; both winners must be able to travel beginning 8/14/12 and ending 8/16/12 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety by the winner who is unable to travel on such dates. In the event a winner in either Category is unable to travel on such dates, the prize will be awarded to the entrant whose entry received the next highest score in the applicable Category. Trip includes: (i) round trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from the major airport located closest to winner’s residence to New York, NY. If winner or their guest resides within 200 miles of New York City, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation. No cash or other compensation will be awarded for the difference in value between air transportation and ground transportation; (ii) ground transportation between airport and hotel and hotel and photo shoot; (iii) two (2) night hotel accommodations (standard room, double-occupancy; hotel to be chosen by Sponsor); and (iv) $450.00 spending money (awarded in the form of a check made payable to winner). All travel, transportation and accommodations will be arranged by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each Grand Prize Winner and herguest must travel on the same itinerary. In the event a Grand Prize winner or her guest is a minor, such winner or guest must be accompanied by her/his parent or legal guardian. A minor will not be permitted to participate in any portion of the Grand Prize without being accompanied by her/his parent or legal guardian at all times. All other expenses, including, but not limited to, gratuities, excess baggage fees, sightseeing excursions, entertainment, parking, meals and additional transportation, not specified above, are the responsibility of Grand Prize winner. Sponsor is not responsible for Eva Mueller’s availability or changes in her personal and professional schedules that may affect the photo shoot portion of the prize, weather conditions, flight delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control or for winner’s inability to accept the prize as stated. TOTAL ARV OF GRAND PRIZES: $4,100.00 each.

FIRST PRIZES (18): The eighteen non-winning Finalists will each receive a Canon PowerShot 16 Mega Pixel Digital Camera, a $50 Gift Card and five (5) coupons, each good for any one (1) free Skintimate® product valued up to $3.99 ARV $295.00 each.
