Shine Like a Star Contest

Eligibility : Open only to females age 21 or older at time of entry who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.

Promotion Period :  Begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 1/14/13 and ends at 12:00 PM (ET) on 2/6/13 (Contest Entry Period).

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize: A 3 day/2 nights trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Essence Black Women in Hollywood (“Event”) on or about February 21, 2013 in Los Angeles, CA (ARV: $4,995.00). Prize consists of: round trip coach airfare for winner and guest to/from the closest commercial airport nearest to winner’s primary residence to Los Angeles (or ground transportation if winner reside within a 100 mile radius of Los Angeles); double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights; transportation to/from airport while in Los Angeles, makeover (for Winner only) to include hair, makeup and wardrobe, two (2) tickets to attend Event of winner’s choice (selection of seats is at the Sponsors’ sole discretion), dinner for two (2) at an LA hot spot valued up to $250.00(selection of restaurant will be at Sponsor sole discretion. Any amount above $250.00 will be the winner and guest sole responsibility.  Winner and guest will also be chauffeured in a 2013 MKZ while in LA to attend Event. The ride in the 2013 MKZ will conclude up to eight (8) hours (and will be based on availability). The chauffer will return the winner and guest back to the hotel after such time has expired. The 2013 MKZ will not be awarded to the winner.
