Eligibility : Sweepstakes is open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., who are 18 years of age and older as of July 28, 2008.

Promotion Period : Between 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time on July 28, 2008 and 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on September 9, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”)

Limit : Limit of one entry per e-mail address.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize Winner, upon confirmation of eligibility, will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for two (2) individuals to Las Vegas, NV. Prize package consists of the following elements: (i) hotel accommodations for two (2) persons (one (1) single standard room, double occupancy); (ii) Round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) persons between the major metropolitan airport nearest winner‘s residence home; (iii) two (2) Las Vegas Show Tickets and $7,700 in Cash. Prize package has an approximate retail value (ARV) $11,700. Winner will have until October 1, 2009 to complete the trip. In addition, Grand Prize winner will participate in a chance-based game to determine if he/she will win the additional $77,000 Cash. The Grand Prize winner will be invited to select and remove two (2) envelopes from fifteen (15) sealed envelopes mounted to a board. Two of these 15 envelopes contain a certificate for the $70,000. In order to win, both winning envelopes must be selected.
