Rowenta’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Participation open only to legal residents of the 48 continental United States or the District of Columbia (this excludes, without limitation,  Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico), who are 18 or older and have reached the age of majority in their home state, as of date of entry.  Void outside of the 48 continental United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

Promotion Period : Rowenta’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on Thursday, September 10, 2009 and ends 9:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, November 30, 2009 (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, you must visit www.rowentasweepstakes.com, click on the link provided, fully complete the entry form, and agree to these Official Rules by clicking enter.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address.

Prize (s):

One (1) winner will receive a prize package, including:  trip for two (2) to New York City, NY, to attend select Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week shows between February 12 and February 19, 2010 (to be determined by Sponsor).. Trip details shall be further scheduled and developed by Sponsors, but shall include the following;
a) one single room (double occupancy) standard hotel accommodation for four days/three nights (maximum value $1,000);
b) round-trip coach air transportation for two people from a major airport near Winner’s home (or alternate ground transportation for those in close proximity to New York City)(maximum $1,000 per person), total maximum $2,000;
c) up to $350 in ground transportation allowance for travel to and from airport in winner’s home city and in New York city;
d) up to $500 meal allowance (no liquor covered);
e) a $650 shopping gift card;
f) a hair and makeup makeover valued at $350.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize will depend on Winner’s point of departure/return, but will in no event exceed $4,850.00.
