Eligibility : The Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (the “Territory”) who are twenty one (21) years of age or older and are physically located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : The McDonald’s 2010 “Rock Hola” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) begins on or about August 30, 2010 12:00:00 midnight a.m. Eastern Daylight Time [“EDT”] and is scheduled to end on September 27, 2010, 11:59:59 p.m. EDT (the “Promotion Period”)

Prize (s):
Five (5) Grand Prizes are available: Each winner will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for the winner and up to three (3) guests (who must each be at least 21 years old) to attend the 110th Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards (the “Event”) scheduled on November 11, 2010 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Each Grand Prize consists of: round-trip coach class air transportation for the winner and up to three (3) guests from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to Las Vegas, Nevada where the 11th Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards is being held; hotel accommodations for four (4) (a two-bedroom suite)two (2) standard hotel rooms double occupancy for two (2) nights; up to four (4) tickets to the 110th Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards (seating to be determined by Sponsor); walk on the 110th Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards green carpet; up to four (4) tickets to Official Awards after party (subject to availability); winner will receive a $500 credit for the hotel spa that can be used for winner and/or guests, have a consultation with a stylist and receive plus Five Hundred Dollars ($500) spending money for winner awarded in the form of a gift card selected by Sponsor; and a $50 McDonald’s Arch Card®. All Event activities are subject to availability, and inclusion in the Prize at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $4,000.
Five (5) First Prizes: Each winner will receive a Flip Video Camera, ARV $200.
One Hundred (100) Second Prizes: Each winner will receive one (1) $20 McDonald’s Arch Card®.
Winner List : To receive an Official Winners List, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Redemption Center: McDonald’s “Rock Hola” Sweepstakes Winners List Request, P.O. Box 3193, Oak Brook, IL 60522-3193, for receipt by September 30, 2010.
