Eligibility : SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (EXCEPT RESIDENTS OF PUERTO RICO, ALL U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS AND OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS), EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF ENTRY DATE.  THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Promotion Period : The Robeks Get Active Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on September 15, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on November 7, 2008 (“Entry Period”).

Limit : ONLY one (1) ENTRY per PERSON, Per HOUSEHOLD ADDRESS, and per E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Prize (s):

GRAND PRIZE (1):  A trip for Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) travel companions to Yosemite National Park in Yosemite, CA (“Yosemite”).  Grand Prize consists of: roundtrip (”r/t”) coach-class air transportation (via airline carrier(s) selected by Sponsors or their designees) for four (4) between the major U.S. gateway city airport nearest Grand Prize winner’s home and a Yosemite area airport (to be determined by Sponsors), three (3) nights/four (4) days hotel accommodations (single room, quadruple occupancy) at a Yosemite area hotel selected by Sponsors (“Hotel”), r/t airport/Hotel ground transfers in Yosemite, a $100 voucher for each person for white water rafting adventure activity to be selected by Sponsors, one (1) Wii game console for winner only and one (1) copy of the “Active Life: Outdoor Challenge” Wii videogame for the winner only.  The Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of this prize is $6,627.99.

FIRST PRIZE (4):  One (1) Wii game console and one (1) copy of the “Active Life: Outdoor Challenge” Wii videogame.   The ARV of each First Prize is $309.99.

SECOND PRIZE (20): One (1) copy of the “Active Life: Outdoor Challenge” Wii videogame.   The ARV of each Second Prize is $59.99.

THIRD PRIZE (3): Each Third Prize consists of a one (1) year supply of Robeks 24 oz. smoothies (awarded as fifty-two (52) coupons, one for each week).  The ARV of each Third Prize is $208.00.
