Eligibility : The Right Guard Win a Trip to The Finals 2010 Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of March 28, 2010.

Promotion Period : The Right Guard Win a Trip to The Finals 2010 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 28, 2010 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 24, 2010 (“Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person per e-mail and/or mailing address during the Promotion Period

Prize (s):

There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner, fifty (50) First Prize winners, and two hundred (200) Second Prize winners.

The Grand Prize winner will receive a 4 day / 3 night trip for four (4) to The Finals 2010 (City location based upon team determination – Approximate dates: June 2010) (“Trip”). The Trip package will include the following: i) Four (4) round-trip coach airfares between a major international airport closest to the winner’s residence and the City; if winner resides within 200 miles of the City, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation, ii) Hotel room accommodations [(2) two standard rooms] with a maximum of two (2) persons for three (3) nights, iii) four (4) tickets to one (1) game (“Event”) of The Finals 2010 (Sponsor to select game in their sole discretion), and iv) $2,000 spending stipend. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $10,000. The Grand Prize winner has the option of accepting the aforementioned Trip prize or a $7,000 cash award.

Each First Prize winner will receive an NBA Jersey from NBAstore.com; the ARV of each First prize is $175.

Each Second Prize winner will receive a $50.00 gift card from Walgreens.
