Radio Disney’s On Tour with Demi Lovato Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Radio Disney’s On Tour with Demi Lovato Sweepstakes is open to anyone 16 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (“Territory”).

Promotion Period : Radio Disney’s On Tour with Demi Lovato Sweepstakes begins at 3:00:00 A.M., July 25, 2009, and ends at 3:00:00 P.M., July 30, 2009 (“Term”)

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address / Cell Phone Number or more than one person use the same Address / Cell Phone Number, only one (1) On-line Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of six (6) entries per entrant during the Term); only one (1) SMS Text Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of six (6) entries per entrant during the Term); and only one (1) On-air Super Entry (equal to 100 entries) per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of six hundred (600) entries per entrant during the Term). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winner”) will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for four (4) persons (Winner, one Parent / Legal Guardian, and two other guests) (“Family”) to a Sponsor selected city (“City”) where they will attend a Concert (“Concert”) on the Demi Lovato (“Artist”) Concert Tour (“Trip”). In addition, the Family will have an opportunity to meet (“Meet and Greet”) the Artist backstage and the Winner will receive a flip cam (“Digital Video Camera”) to interview (“Celebrity Interview”) the Artist for Radio Disney! The Grand Prize consists of the following elements: [1] hotel accommodations for the Family (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) for two (2) nights in the City; [2] four (4) tickets to attend the Concert; [3] round-trip limousine transfers between the hotel and the Concert; [4] one (1) Meet and Greet for the Family with the Artist; [5] one (1) Celebrity Interview with the Artist by the Winner, including one (1) Digital Video Camera for the Winner; [6] if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation for the Family between an airport near the Winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and an airport near the City; and [7] round-trip transfers between the airport and hotel in the City. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $3,000.
