Radio Disney Miley’s Sweet 16 Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Radio Disney Miley’s Sweet 16 Sweepstakes is open to anyone 14 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (“Territory”).

Promotion Period :  The Radio Disney Miley’s Sweet 16 Sweepstakes begins at 3:00:00 A.M., September 13, 2008, and ends at 3:00:00 P.M., September 25, 2008

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address, only one (1) On-line Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) per entrant during the Term) and only one hundred (100) On-air Entries per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen hundred (1300) per entrant during the Term). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winner”) will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night vacation trip for four persons (Winner, Parent / Legal Guardian, and two other guests) (“Group”) to the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA (“City”) where they will attend Miley’s Sweet 16 Share the Celebration (“Event”) on October 5, 2008. Here they will celebrate with Miley Cyrus (“Artist”) and her birthday guests for fun, fireworks, music, and more! The Grand Prize consists of the following elements: [1] room accommodations (one (1) standard room) with a maximum of four (4) persons per room at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa for two (2) nights; [2] four (4) tickets to the Event on October 5, 2008; [3] four (4) 3-day PARK HOPPER Tickets; [4] if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from the City, round trip coach air transportation for four (4) between a major metropolitan city airport in the U.S. closest to the Winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Southern California airport chosen by Sponsor; and [5] four (4) round-trip ground transfers to and from the Southern California airport and the Disneyland Resort.
