Radio Disney Jonas Brothers in NYC on New Year’s Eve Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to anyone 14 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (”Territory”).

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes begins at 3:00:00 A.M., December 13, 2008, and ends at 3:00:00 P.M., December 25, 2008

Limit :  Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address, only one (1) On-line Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) per entrant during the Term) and only one hundred (100) On-air Entries per person per Day are permitted (a maximum of thirteen hundred (1,300) per entrant during the Term). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Sweepstakes (”Winner”) will receive a trip for four (4) persons (Winner, one Parent / Legal Guardian, and two other guests) (”Family”) to New York City (”City”) to see the Jonas Brothers (”Artists”) perform live in Times Square on New Year’s Eve (”New Year’s Eve Celebration”). The Grand Prize consists of the following elements: [1] hotel accommodations for the Family (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) for two (2) nights in the City; [2] admittance for four (4) persons to the Artist performance at the New Year’s Eve Celebration; [3] if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation for the Family between an airport near the Winner’s residence (”airport of origin”) and an airport near the City; and [4] airport / hotel transfers in the City.  Approximate retail value (”ARV”) of Grand Prize is $4,000.
