Radio Disney HSM3 Ultimate Fan Pep Rally Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Radio Disney HSM3 Ultimate Fan Pep Rally Sweepstakes is open to anyone 14 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (“Territory”).

Promotion Period : The Radio Disney HSM3 Ultimate Fan Pep Rally Sweepstakes begins at 3:00:00 A.M., August 2, 2008, and ending at 3:00:00 P.M., August 14, 2008

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address, only one (1) On-line Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) per entrant during the Term) and only one hundred (100) On-air Entries per person per Day are permitted (a maximum of thirteen hundred (1300) per entrant during the Term). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winner”) will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for four (4) persons (Winner, one Parent / Legal Guardian, and two other guests) (“Family”) to Hollywood, CA (“City”), to attend a viewing of the sing-along versions of High School Musical and High School Musical 2 (“Pep Rally”) at the El Capitan Theatre (“Theatre”). In addition, the Family will get an exclusive sneak peak of High School Musical 3: Senior Year (“Theatrical Release”) which opens in theatres on October 24, 2008. The Grand Prize consists of the following elements: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) for two (2) nights in the City; [2] admission for four (4) persons to the Pep Rally event at the Theatre, including a sneak peak of the upcoming Theatrical Release; [3] if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation for the Family between an airport near the Winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Los Angeles area airport; and [4] airport / hotel transfers in the City. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $3,500.
