QuickSilver TH Ride Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Any legal resident of the continental U.S., excluding the State of New York, 18 years of age or older is eligible to participate in the “TH Ride” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).

Promotion Period :  The entry form must be submitted between 12:00:00 a.m. PST on September 1, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Open Time”) and 11:59:00 p.m. PST on September 30, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Close Time”).

How To Enter : Each entrant must register and complete the online entry form at www.quiksilver.com/sweepstakes

Limit : Limit one online entry per Authorized Account Holder during the Submissions Period

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be chosen at random. The Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) will receive (i) roundtrip ground transportation from winner’s home to a major airport close to winner’s home (located within the continental U.S.) (the “Airport”), (ii) economy round trip air transportation from the Airport to Paris, France, (iii) seven (7) nights hotel accommodations (1 room/double occupancy), (iv) two (2) VIP tickets to Quiksilver’s Tony Hawk Show at the Grand Palais in Paris (“Event”), (v) roundtrip ground transportation from the hotel to the Event, (vi) a per diem of one hundred ($100.00) dollars while in Paris. The Grand Prize has an approximate retail value of nine thousand ($9,000.00) dollars.

Second Prize: Ten (10) Second Prize winners will be chosen at random. Each Second Prize winner will receive (i) one (1) XBOX 360 game console, (ii) one (1) XBOX Live Gold membership valid for one (1) year, (iii) one (1) copy of the Tony Hawk Ride video game for the XBOX 360 game console, and (iv) an assortment of Quiksilver clothing to be selected by Sweepstakes Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winners will be required to sign a publicity and liability release, and any other documents reasonably requested by the Sweepstakes Sponsor, prior to receiving the prize. Each Second Prize has an approximate retail value of six hundred ($600.00) dollars.

Winners : The Sweepstakes Sponsor will publish the first name, last name and location (city/state) of each winner on the website located at www.quiksilver.com/tony. To obtain the winners’ names, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
