Popstar! and FAME VIP Screening Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Popstar! and FAME VIP Screening Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open to any individual who is, as of the beginning of the Promotion Period (as defined below), a legal resident of and physically present in any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Canada (excluding Quebec) and at least thirteen (13) years old.

Promotion Period : The Popstar! and FAME VIP Screening Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 4, 2009 and ends at 5:00:00 p.m. ET on August 31, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Visit either www.popstaronline.com/famemovie or www.popstaronline.com (collectively, the “Web Site”), click the advertising for the Promotion (if applicable), and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the entry form for the Promotion.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person, per household and per e-mail address during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) winner, subject to verification, will receive a one- (1-) night trip for winner and one (1) guest (who must be winner’s parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor in his or her primary state/province/territory of residence) on Sponsor-selected dates on or about September 24, 2009 through September 25, 2009 to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend the Las Vegas VIP Screening of the Fame motion picture as well as a meet-and-greet with select cast members. The trip includes two (2) round-trip, economy class airfare tickets from a major airport near the winner’s residence in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Canada (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, Nevada, hotel accommodations (one room based on double occupancy) for one (1) night at a hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada chosen in Sponsor’s sole discretion, two (2) tickets to the Las Vegas VIP Screening of the Fame motion picture as well as a meet-and-greet with cast members for winner and guest, ground transportation between the airport and hotel upon arrival and departure and ground transportation between hotel and screening/meet-and-greet event. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize: USD$2,000 (based on New York departure example) / CAD$2,300 (based on Toronto departure example).

Winners : To find out the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Popstar! and Fame VIP Screening Sweepstakes, Popstar!, 1501 Broadway, Ste. 2002, New York, NY 10036 USA.” Winner’s name requests must be received no later than six (6) months following the end of the Promotion Period. Vermont and Canadian residents can omit return postage for rules requests.
