Contest Entry Period

The contest may be entered during the entry period which began on October 21, 2014 at 7:00:00 a.m. Central Time and is ending on December 15, 2014 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT.

Two Methods Of Entry : Video Or Photo

Visit polaris.com/NXTLVL to complete the entry form by providing all required information. Then, upload your choice of a video or photo describing your breakthrough moment. Finally, submit your entry to receive one entry into the contest.

Judging criteria:

• Overall appeal (50%);
• Personality and Character (25%);
• Relevance to the brand and product (25%).

Contest Entry Limit

Limited to one (1) video/photo entry per person/email address regardless of method of entry.

Six (6) Grand Prizes

Each winner will enjoy a trip to Alpine, Wyoming to ride with Dan Adams. ARV: $4,000 USA/$4,000 Canada.

Trip includes:

• round-trip coach class air travel from international/major airport closest to winner’s residence for one (1) person,
• transportation to/from hotel,
• 3 days/3 nights hotel accommodations (standard room),
• reasonable meals (no alcohol) for the duration of the trip.

Eligibility/Participants

Contest is open to participants who are legal residents of the United States, District of Columbia and Canada (including Quebec) who, at the time of entering are 18 years of age or older and who have reached the age of majority in their place of residence.
