Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories), and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period

Promotion Period : Begin at 11:00 PM ET on January 22, 2013, during the live broadcast of Watch What Happens Live (the “Show”) on Bravo and end on March 25, 2013 at 11:30 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :

There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded to Winner. Prize consists of a trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York, NY (“NYC”) to attend a live taping of “Watch What Happens Live” scheduled to take place at 325 Hudson Street, New York, NY 10013 on a date to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Event”) and an opportunity to have a meet and greet with Andy Cohen (“Meet and Greet”) scheduled to take place on the same date as Event (collectively, the “Trip”). The Trip includes: 1) round-trip coach-class airfare for Winner and Guest from a major airport near Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion) to a major airport in or near NYC (“NYC Airport”); 2) hotel accommodations for Winner and Guest for three (3) nights (standard room, double occupancy) in a hotel in or near NYC; 3) round trip ground transportation between NYC Airport and hotel via standard car service; 4) two (2) tickets for Winner and Guest to attend Event; 5) round trip ground transportation for Winner and Guest between hotel and Event; and 6) a signed copy of Andy Cohen’s book, “Most Talkative.” Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is five thousand dollars ($5000).
