Pizza Hut VIP Terminator Salvation Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Pizza Hut VIP Terminator Salvation Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to individuals who are legal residents of and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Pizza Hut VIP Terminator Salvation Sweepstakes begins on April 6, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 30, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET; however, in order for entries to be eligible for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize drawing, they must be received by Administrator on or before May 4, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET(the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit pizzahut.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration including your full name, a valid email address, phone number, and a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. If you register or login on or before May 4, 2009, you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. Receipt of an entry occurs when Administrator’s servers record the entry information. If you register or login after May 4, 2009, you will only receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day; you will not receive a Sweepstakes entry. Once you have received an Instant Win Game play, follow the links and instructions to proceed to the Instant Win Game and play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is solely responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Sweepstakes: ONE (1) “GRAND PRIZE”: A trip for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA for the world premiere of the motion picture Terminator Salvation in May of 2009 and a VIP tour of the Warner Bros. Studios (all details of tour determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Depending on the exact date of the premiere, the Grand Prize winner may have to travel on short notice. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for the Sweepstakes winner and one (1) guest on a carrier selected by Sponsor from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Los Angeles, CA; four (4) days and three (3) nights accommodations at hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation between hotel and airport; admission for two (2) to the Terminator Salvation premiere in May of 2009 (seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and admission for two (2) to the premiere after party; a VIP tour of the Warner Brothers Studios (details of tour determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and $1,000 spending money. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $4,500.

Instant Win Game:
ONE (1) “FIRST PRIZE”: A life-sized T-600 model. ARV of First Prize: $1,900.
FIVE (5) “SECOND PRIZES”: Terminator branded Xbox® 360. ARV of each Second Prize $1,000.
FIFTY (50) “THIRD PRIZES”: Terminator prize package including XBOX Terminator Salvation video game, a set of Playmates Toys Terminator Salvation collectibles, a Terminator Salvation T-shirt and a Terminator Salvation movie poster (exact contents of prize package determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). . ARV of each Third Prize: $75.

Winners : Winner List requests will only be accepted after the Promotion end date (listed above) and no later than October 1, 2009.
