Eligibility : The Pirate Fairy Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), who are eighteen (18) years older at the time of entry, with a Twitter or Instagram account in good standing.

Promotion Period :  The Sweepstakes begins on March 17, 2014 at 9:01:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on April 13, 2014 at 9:00:00 AM PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Regardless of whether a person has more than one (1) email address or more than one (1) person use the same email address, Basic Entries are limited to one (1) entry per photo submitted during the Sweepstakes Period , regardless of the Platform used to enter.

Prize (s) :

One [1] Grand Prize is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes: The Grand Prize consists of a five (5) day / four (4) night trip for winner and three (3) companions (each companion individually, a “Guest”, and collectively the Guests. Guests and Grand Prize winner may be collectively referred to herein as the “Group”) to Honolulu, HI. (the “Grand Prize Trip”). The Grand Prize Trip consists of the following elements: [a] hotel accommodations at Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina Hawai’i (one (1) standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for four (4) consecutive nights; [b] if winner’s residence is located other than on the Island of Oahu, round-trip coach air transportation on a Prize Provider-selected carrier between a Prize Provider-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and the Honolulu International Airport; [c] if air transport is provided, airport/hotel transfers. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $4,999, which will vary depending upon point of departure and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares.
