Eligibility : Pick a Powder Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins on June 30, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 30, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry during the Promotion Period for registering and selecting a team, and one (1) Sweepstakes entry per day for casting a vote for the team selected upon registration.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) TEAM RICHARD PRIZE: A Goody’s VIP Race experience for four (4) including roundtrip coach-class air transportation for four (4) from an airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Greensboro, NC; two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two (2) rooms, double occupancy); four (4) tickets to the Goody’s 500 at Martinsville on March 27, 2011 (seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and a meet and greet with Richard Petty (details of meet and greet determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Winner must travel on March 26, 2011 and return on March 28, 2011 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,600.

ONE (1) TEAM TRACE PRIZE: A BC VIP Concert experience for four (4) including roundtrip coach-class air transportation for four (4) from an airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major U.S. city near a Trace Adkins concert (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two (2) rooms, double occupancy); four (4) tickets to a Trace Adkins concert (seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and a meet and greet with Trace Adkins (details of meet and greet determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Winner must travel on dates in 2011 determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. ARV: $5,400.
