PerezHilton.com and You Again present Then & Now Photo Contest
Eligibility : PerezHilton.com and You Again present Then & Now Photo Contest (the “Contest”). Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for the purposes of entering this Contest.
Promotion Period : The Contest begins on August 25, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on September 26, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”)

Limit : Each participant may upload one (1) Submission during the Submission Phase.
Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; three (3) nights’ accommodations at the Beverly Hilton (single room, double occupancy); daily breakfast during stay; an allowance for full-size rental car for length of stay; $750 for winner and companion to use at Spa Aqua at the Beverly Hilton Hotel; and $330 spending money which can be used towards makeup consultation and hair blowout at the Belleesma Salon inside the Beverly Hilton. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,330.
