Passport to Italy Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Passport to Italy Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Passport to Italy Sweepstakes begins on January 25, 2009, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 7, 2009, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.facebook.com and log in or create a Facebook account. Creating an account is free. Follow the instructions to join the Pizza Hut Fan Group (the “Group”). By joining the Group, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Joining the Group is free. To be eligible for the prize drawing, you must be a Group member immediately preceding the drawing, which will take place on March 9, 2009. The sweepstakes is open to Pizza Hut fans who joined prior to the Promotion Period. If you do not want to be included in the drawing, you must opt out of the Sweepstakes before March 8, 2009, at 11:59 p.m. ET. You may either leave the Group by clicking on “Leave Group” or you may send an email italysweeps@pizzahut.com and ask to be excluded from the drawing.

Limit : Each entrant may join one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for two (2) to Rome, Italy. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Rome, Italy; six (6) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); roundtrip ground transportation between home and airport and between airport and hotel; one (1) day sightseeing package for two (2); daily breakfast buffet for two (2); and $2,000 spending money that may be used for other meals and expenses. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.
