Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of, and residing within, the 50 United States and District of Columbia who, at the time of entry, are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater. Residents of Puerto Rico are not eligible to enter or win.
