Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and who are at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of primary residence on the entry date.
Promotion Period : Begins at/around 9:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 1, 2013, and ends at/around 9:00:00 p.m. PT on August 31, 2013 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :
Grand Prize: One (1) winner, subject to verification, will receive the following “Grand Prize”: a two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest on dates prior to August 31, 2014 that are approved by Sponsor, to Los Angeles, California, to attend a training session with Mike Dolce (subject to his availability) and tour the Paramount Studio Lot. Trip dates are subject to availability and blackout dates. The trip consists solely of two (2) round-trip, economy class airfare tickets from a major airport near the winner’s residence in the United States (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles International Airport, hotel accommodations (single room based on double occupancy) for two (2)nights at a hotel determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, two (2) VIP passes to tour the Paramount Studio Lot, a one (1)hour training session for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest with Mike Dolce at a UFC Gym location in the Los Angeles, California metro area (“Training Session”); ground transportation to and from the winner’s residence and the airport, to and from Los Angeles International Airport and the hotel in Los Angeles, California, and to and from the hotel and Grand Prize events; and locker rental and similar fees associated with use of the facility for the Training Session as part of the Grand Prize). Total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize: $1,900.
Runner-Up Prize: One (1) winner, subject to verification, will receive the following “Runner-Up Prize” package:
One (1) free three (3) month Gym membership, with an ARV of $300. Gym membership is only available in locations where a Gym is located. Sponsor will not replace this portion of the Runner-Up Prize in the event the Runner-Up Prize winner does not live in a location where he/she is able to take part in this portion of the Runner-Up Prize and, in such event, this portion of the Runner-Up Prize will be forfeited.
One (1) UFC duffle bag with an ARV of $40;
One (1) UFC black t-shirt with an ARV of $20;
One (1) UFC water bottle with an ARV of $10;
One (1) UFC grey hooded sweatshirt with an ARV of $30; and
One (1) Pain & Gain Blu-Ray Disc® Combo Pack with an ARV of $30.
Total ARV of Runner-Up Prize: $430
