Eligibility : Open only to (i) females who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older (“Nominator(s)”) and (ii) females who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older and are mothers, daughters, grandmothers, aunts, sisters, cousins, or mother figures of the nominators (“Nominee(s)”).
Promotion Period : Starts at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 28th, 2011 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 15th, 2011 (the “Entry Period”).

Prize (s) :
(1) Grand Prize. A three (3)-day/ two (2)-night spa trip for winner and one (1) guest (which may be the Nominee) to Miami, Florida. Prize includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major U.S. gateway airport near the winner’s home (to be determined solely by Sponsor) to Miami, Florida, three (3) days/two (2) nights standard accommodations at a Miami hotel/resort for one (1) double-occupancy hotel room, spa accommodations including massage, facial, manicure and pedicure for two (2), a hair consultation and styling from Johnny Wright for two (2), an opportunity to appear on LifeTime Networks’ The Balancing Act, a feature covering the spa weekend in an issue of Heart & Soul magazine and Optimum Care products. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $2,000.00.
(2) First Prizes. A $500 gift (selection of gift card offering at the discretion of the Sponsor), as well as Optimum Care products. Gift is subject to certain terms and conditions specified by issuers. ARV of each First Prize: $750.00.
(10) Second Prizes. Supply of Optimum Care products. ARV of each Second Prize: $250.00.

My daughter and I would love to enter the contest. We need a lift. Please give us a chance. I am the mother of four and the grandmother of ten. I recently quit my job of 12 years to raise to of my grandchildren. My oldest daughter Amy has four of the grandchildren and is now going back to school. We are only 17 years apart and have always been close. I would love to win this for us. I have found that a fast pace and stressful job working a the local hospital has aged me and would like to look better for my age. Please help.
