One A Day You Make the Call Sweepstakes & Instant Win

Eligibility : The One A Day You Make the Call Sweepstakes & Instant Win is open only to current legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen 18 years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states or the District of Columbia where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such age of majority) as of 6/14/09.

Promotion Period : The One A Day You Make the Call Sweepstakes & Instant Win (”Promotion”) begins at 12:00:01 AM (Midnight) Eastern Time (”ET”) on Sunday, June 14, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Sunday, August 16, 2009 (the “Promotional Period”).

How To Enter :
Sweepstakes : Visit www.mlb.com/oneaday to access the online entry form for the Promotion
Instant Win : To participate in the Instant Win game (the “Instant Win Game”) you must first enter the Promotion as described above. Once your online registration form has been accepted you will be eligible to play the Instant Win Game.

Limit :
Sweepstakes : one (1) entry per person and/or email address per Code entry
Instant Win : one (1) entry per person and/or email address per day during the Promotional Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) GRAND Prize:  One Grand Prize Winner (the “Winner”) will receive a trip for four (4) to attend one (1) game of the 2009 MLB World Series championship (the “World Series Game”) or $7,500 cash (the “Grand Prize”).  This package includes, round trip coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport closest to the Winner’s residence to the World Series Game (location to be determined), hotel accommodations (one (1)room, standard quad-occupancy) for two (2) nights, four (4) tickets to one (1) 2009 World Series championship game plus $1,000.00 for meals.  Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $7,500.00.

There will be a total of one (1) Instant Win Game prize awarded per day for a total of sixty three (63) prizes for the length of the Promotional Period. Odds of winning the daily Instant Win Game prize depend on the number of eligible entries received and time of play.  The Quantity, Prize Description, and ARV of the daily Instant Win Game prize is as follows: (63) $100.00 MLB.com Shop Gift Code.
