Not Your Ordinary Princess Contest

Eligibility : To enter the Not Your Ordinary Princess Contest, each participant must be a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia and be a female who is at least six (6) years of age and no more than fourteen (14) years of age at the time of entry (a “Participant”).

Promotion Period : Not Your Ordinary Princess Contest (“Contest”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 27, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 16, 2009 (“Contest Period”).

How To Enter : To enter, visit www.nick.com/princess (the “Website”) during the Contest Period and follow the entry instructions.

Limit : Limit one entry per person and per IP address and e-mail address per day.

Prize (s):

Each of the two (2) winners will receive a Prize Package that consists of a trip for two (2) people (the winner and the winner’s Parent or other authorized guardian) to New York, NY (on dates to be determined by Sponsor) to appear on stage in the theatrical performance of “Shrek The Musical”.  Trip includes (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest Finalist’s home to New York, (ii) standard hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice (single room, double occupancy, room rate and taxes only) and (iii) ground transportation between the New York airport and hotel and the theatre.  The estimated retail value of the Prize is $6,500.
