Nokia Pre Productions Film Premiere Sweepstake

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to legal United States residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period :  The Sweepstakes begins on September 2, 2008 at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) and concludes at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on September 28, 2008 (”Sweepstakes Period”). The computer of Sponsor is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

Limit :  Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (1): Trip for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, California to attend the Nokia Productions Premiere and ask Spike Lee your question in person. Prize includes: round-trip coach airfare from airport nearest winner’s home to Los Angeles, CA, hotel accommodations (single room; double occupancy) for two (2) nights, ground transportation to/from hotel and to/from the premiere, two (2) passes to attend the premiere, $700 cash (awarded in the form of a check to the winner) and a Nokia N95 8GB (no mobile phone service included). If winner lives within 100 miles of destination city, airfare portion of prize will be forfeited with no additional compensation being paid in exchange therefore. Travel scheduled to occur from October 13, 2008 through October 15, 2008, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and based on availability and Mr. Lee’s schedule. If Mr. Lee cannot meet with winner for any reason after ticketing of prize, that portion of prize will be forfeited with no additional compensation being paid in exchange therefore and the reminder of the prize package will be awarded. Winner must accept prize as specified and travel on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited. Travel, accommodations and premier seating subject to change and availability, and restrictions may apply. Meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are winners’ responsibility. Actual value of prize depends on city, date and time of departure. The difference between any stated prize value and actual prize value will not be awarded. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $4,350 each.
