Nivea XOXO Photo Contest

Eligibility : Nivea XOXO Photo Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least sixteen (16) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for purposes of entering the Contest.

Promotion Period :  The Nivea XOXO Photo Contest begins on October 2, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on January 29, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

Limit : Each entrant may submit one (1) Entry per day during each Submission Phase.

Prize (s):

ENTRY PERIOD 1 GRAND PRIZE:  A Trip for two (2) to New York City to attend a VIP concert.  Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York, NY; 4 days and 3 nights’ accommodations at the Times Hotel in Times Square (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; two (2) tickets to a VIP concert in Times Square on New Year’s Eve (seat location determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) along with access to the VIP event at the Double Tree hotel in Times Square; and $1,000 spending money. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,300.

ENTRY PERIOD 2 GRAND PRIZE: A $2,500 American Express gift card and the opportunity to have your winning photo featured in a NIVEA Lip online banner advertisement displayed by Sponsor on its website during the Valentine’s Day media blitz.  ARV: $2,500.
