Eligibility : Nissan Live Sets on Yahoo! Music: Coldplay in NYC (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period :  The Nissan Live Sets on Yahoo! Music: Coldplay in NYC begins on October 3, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on October 16, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to New York City to see Coldplay in concert. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major airport in or around New York City (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); three (3) days and two (2) nights standard accommodations at hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to a Coldplay concert on October 22, 2008 (venue, time and seat location determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); attendance for two(2) at the VIP reception prior to the concert; and $500 spending cash. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000.
