Eligibility : The Nine Be Italian Sweepstakes is open to persons who are 18 years of age and older, and are legal residents of, and reside and are physically located at the time of registration in, the fifty United States and Washington, DC.

Promotion Period : Nine Be Italian Sweepstakes begins December 4, 2009 and ends February 24, 2010

Limit : Only One (1) Entry per household address will be permitted or accepted.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: There will be one (1) First Prize winner. The Prize consists of: (i) two (2) economy-class tickets from one of Alitalia’s U.S. gateways (New York-JFK, New Jersey-EWR, Chicago O’Hare-ORD, Boston Logan-BOS and Miami International-MIA) to Rome, Italy; and (ii) one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy) for three (3) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor located on Via Veneto (or such other location selected by Sponsor). The total approximate retail value of the prize package is $3,800
