NHL Powered by Rbk Face-Off 2008 Sweepstakes

Eligibility : NHL Powered by Rbk Face-Off 2008 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period :  The NHL Powered by Rbk Face-Off 2008 Sweepstakes begins on October 6, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on October 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for two (2) to the 2009 NHL Winter Classic in Chicago, IL.  Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Chicago, IL; three (3) days and two (2) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); and two (2) tickets to the 2009 NHL Winter Classic (specific seat location will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $2,000.

TEN (10) FIRST PRIZES: A subscription to NHL Center Ice for the remainder of the season.  Season ends April 12, 2009.  If winner does not have cable or winner’s cable carrier does not have an agreement with NHL Center Ice, Sponsor will substitute prize for another of equal or greater value.  Prize will be awarded as a voucher, terms and conditions apply.  ARV of First Prize: $125.

FIFTEEN (15) SECOND PRIZES: One (1) pair of RbkCustom Sneakers.  Size, style, and color determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  ARV of Second Prize: $90.
