Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Colorado, Massachusetts, Michigan, and at retail in Virginia) who are smokers, 21 years of age or older and registered Newport Pleasure members in good standing at time of entry (“Eligible Participants”).

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Daylight Saving Time (“EDT”) on August 1, 2012, and ends at 11:59:59 PM EDT on October 31, 2012 (the “Promotion Period”).

TWENTY-FIVE (25) GRAND PRIZES: Each Grand Prize consists of one (1) trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) adult guest to Grand Prize Winner’s choice of any city located in the United States (hereinafter, “Destination City”). Choice of Destination City is subject to approval by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each Grand Prize trip consists of round-trip, coach-class air transportation between the commercial airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Destination City for two (2) persons (airports to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel designated by Sponsor in Destination City; round-trip ground transfers between airport and hotel in Destination City; one (1) welcome gift basket valued up to $100; and one (1) check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner in the amount of $2,000 for spending money allowance.
